This here is a quick, easy and delicious Sabzi recipe that I learned from my MIL - It's my Father in Law's favorite sabzi so she makes it quite often. I made a few changes to suit our palate and it's a perfect bland of sweet & sour, spicy & salty.
Potatoes are cut in French fries style and sauted along with cashews, raisins, poppy seeds and sesame seeds on a very slow frame until thoroughly cooked!! seasoned with salt & a bit of garam masala. Quick and absolutely delicious!
