Life has been nothing short of busy and hectic for the past couple of weeks - random work calls and guests took up a lot of my time + since I have so much free time on my hands, or so I thought, enrolled O in various activities; so being a chaperone is a job in itself.
I have quite a few blogs lined up but haven't had a chance to put my thoughts down and publish them. I'll start with this one.
Few weeks ago, O and I were bored and decided to whip up this layered Nachos while hubby was away. It was quick and fun since O got a chance to help me put it together. It made me realize how much he enjoys the cooking process and has been a helping hand ever since :)
