Spring break is long over and schools are officially back in session. Which means an exciting but hectic schedule for all mommies and the battle of lunch on daily basis. If you're lucky like I am, if variety is served, half the battle is won :-)
My kiddo loves Sevai - the sweet & the spicy version of it!! If you don't know what it is, learn more about Sevai here! It makes for a great breakfast or lunch which is light and quick.
It's a nice change from the usual spaghetti & pasta while giving him the same texture. For his lunch, I served him Vegetable Sevai with a side of an apple, his favorite fruite & nuts along with a Kellogs bar.
